Roof repair

Commercial roof repair and emergency leak response

Roof leaking? We respond.

Emergency response, routine fixes, and contract maintenance. Three response modes to stop active leaks and keep a roof under warranty between major work.

Three response modes

The right response to the problem in front of you

Not every problem calls for a new roof. A repair stops an active leak, fixes a failed detail, or keeps a sound roof on schedule so small problems never become big ones. A-1 handles repair in three modes: emergency response for an active leak, routine repair for a known problem, and contract maintenance that catches issues on a planned schedule.

01

Emergency

Active leak

Water is coming in now. We prioritize emergency response ahead of scheduled work, stop the water, and protect the building, then plan any permanent repair.

  • Prioritized response
  • Temporary stabilization
  • Permanent fix planned after
02

Routine

Known problem

A failed detail, a damaged section, or a flashing that needs attention. We make the targeted repair so a small problem does not become a leak.

  • Targeted, scoped repair
  • All commercial membranes
  • Documented for your records
03

Contract

Scheduled upkeep

A maintenance agreement that inspects and services the roof on a planned cycle, catching issues early and keeping the roof in compliance with its warranty.

  • Planned inspection cycle
  • Catches issues early
  • Keeps warranty valid
An honest line

When repairs stop making sense

If a roof is failing across the field instead of at a few details, repairs become a treadmill. At that point restoration is usually the better value, and we will tell you so rather than keep patching.

Questions

Roof repair questions

Do you handle emergency roof leaks?

Yes. Emergency response is one of our three repair modes: we get to an active leak, stop the water, and protect the building, then plan any permanent repair.

What is contract maintenance?

A scheduled maintenance agreement: we inspect and service the roof on a planned cycle, catching failed details and minor damage before they turn into leaks, and documenting the roof to keep it under warranty.

Can a repair keep my warranty valid?

Yes. Many roof warranties require that damage be repaired promptly and that the roof be maintained. Routine and contract repair keep the roof in compliance with those terms.

What roofs do you repair?

All commercial membranes: SPF, coatings, single-ply (TPO, EPDM, PVC), metal, built-up, and modified bitumen. We repair what is there and tell you honestly if it is time to restore instead.

When is a repair the wrong answer?

When the roof is failing across the field rather than at a few details. If repairs are becoming constant, restoration is usually the better value, and we will say so.

How fast can you respond to an emergency?

Emergency response is prioritized ahead of scheduled work. Call us with an active leak and we will give you a real response window for your location.

Does insurance cover commercial roof storm damage repair?

That depends on your policy and the cause of the damage, which we are not positioned to determine. What we can do is document the damage and provide a report you can bring to your insurer as part of your claim.

Stop the leak before it costs you more

Emergency, routine, or contract maintenance. Tell us what is happening on your roof and we will respond with the right mode.
