Questions

Roofing division questions

How do I know which roofing service I need?

Start with an inspection. It tells us the substrate and condition, which points to restoration (coating or SPF) for a sound deck, or replacement for a roof that cannot be recovered. Most commercial roofs can be restored.

What's the difference between restoration and a new roof?

Restoration recovers your existing roof in place with a coating or spray foam system, no tear-off. Replacement removes the roof to the deck and starts over. We recommend restoration whenever the substrate allows it.

Do you work on metal, single-ply, and built-up roofs?

Yes. We restore all five common commercial substrates: single-ply (TPO, EPDM, PVC), metal, built-up, modified bitumen, and existing SPF, plus new construction and replacement when restoration isn't an option.

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. A documented inspection with moisture mapping and adhesion testing is free and comes with a written report, so you know what's actually wrong before any work is scoped.

Not sure where your roof stands?

Start with a free, documented inspection. We will tell you whether to restore, replace, or repair, and route you to the right system.
