Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit a form on this site. The contact form collects your name, company, phone number, email address, and message. The free assessment request form collects your name, company, phone number, email address, roof address, estimated roof area, current roofing system, primary concern, and how you heard about us. We do not ask for or store payment information on this site.

Like most websites, we also collect standard technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit and general browser and device information, through Google Analytics.

How we use it

Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a free assessment or quote, and follow up about the work you asked about. Submitting the contact or assessment form sends you an automatic confirmation email through our email provider (Resend) and routes your request to our team. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to your own request.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Vercel. Form confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Site usage is measured through Google Analytics. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@sprayroof.com or calling (605) 337-3721. Most browsers also let you block or clear analytics cookies directly.

If our data practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
