Foam can be sprayed on virtually any type of existing substrate.  It is a great way to re-cover an existing roof system without an expensive tear-off.

Roofs can be restored with 1.5 inches of sprayed on Polyurethane Roofing Grade Foam.  The foam is then covered with an elastomeric full fluid membrane.  These full fluid membranes are usually sprayed on in two separate passes.  They are extremely tough and U.V. stable, reflecting 90% of the sun's harmful rays from your roof.

Foam and full fluid membrane roofs are what we call a sustainable roof system.  When your Foam roof gets old and is showing signs of deterioration, the roof can be cleaned and resurfaced with another full fluid membrane.  This will make your old foam roof a new foam roof again.  Foam roofs can last a lifetime if applied correctly and maintained.
